Working with us is simple!
If you are a singer, you can directly share your music with us first. After reviewing your song, we’ll discuss the music video production.
For other video projects, just contact us with your idea. We’ll suggest the right service package and schedule an appointment.
No, we do not offer music recording services.
We focus on photography and videography including music videos, promotional videos, and documentaries.
No.
At Yeshi Lhendup Films, preference is always given to artists who have genuine passion and interest in music. We focus on the quality of the music, not the popularity of the artist. Whether you are popular or new, we treat every artist equally.
In most cases, we try to provide free music video services for artists who are financially unstable. For financially stable artists, we charge a fee. We also cross-check backgrounds to prevent misuse. Usually, the first collaboration is charged to understand and build trust with the artist. After that, future collaborations can be free depending on the situation.
It’s simple!
We provide free music videos only for songs selected as the best and only if the music video is released through our channel. It’s a win-win situation: artists get a quality video, and we get great content for our audience.
If an artist wants the video to be released on their own channel or wants full rights, we offer separate video packages that can be discussed further.
No, Yeshi Lhendup Films is not a label company.
A label company is a much bigger platform that is still not fully feasible in Bhutan. We are a visual production house focused on providing creative services to artists, including music video production, distribution, and promotion. Since many Bhutanese artists face challenges connecting with the right audience, we step in to help fill that gap. Our work goes beyond just creating videos — we also help artists promote their work and reach wider audiences through strategic distribution.
Building a consistent platform takes an incredible amount of effort, time, and teamwork, especially in a country with a small population of around 800,000 people. Despite these challenges, Yeshi Lhendup Films is committed to bringing positive change and supporting Bhutanese artists to showcase their talents to the world — even without operating as a formal label company.
No, not at all.
We select actors based on the concept of the video, not based on looks. The storyline and vision decide the casting, not pre-selected appearances.
No, it's not necessary.
However, being active on social media can be an advantage when we are selecting actors. It helps us see your personality, creativity, and how you present yourself. Even if you are not active online, you can still apply by filling out our Google Form to get registered for upcoming projects. Additionally, if you post and tag us by mentioning @yeshilhendupfilms in your TikTok videos or using the hashtag #yeshilhendupfilms, it makes it easier and more convenient for us to become familiar with you and reach out directly when casting opportunities come up.
Yes, but it depends on the project.
If the project budget allows or if the artist commissioning the music video decides to pay, actors and actresses are paid. Otherwise, many actors have volunteered to be part of our music videos, helping artists cut down project costs while gaining exposure and experience.
